Welcome to Dukan App. (Referred to hereinafter as ‘as’, ‘we’ or ‘Dukan’). This page (together with documents referred to) is intended to shed light on the terms and conditions necessary to use the Dukan App. Please read carefully the following prior to requesting any service of the range of services available in the Dukan App. Upon log in or service request, you do hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as the provisions of use. If not, please do not use the Dukan App.
An Overview
Dukan http://dukan.me is an application managed and administered by Qeemah and Dukan for Groceries Co. It is a Saudi limited liability company duly established under the laws and regulations applied and enforced in the territories of Saudi Arabia under C.R. # (4030259218) issued by Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Qeemah and Dukan for Groceries Co. owns a series chain of retail stores in Saudi Arabia, providing high quality products and items at affordable and competitive prices. Our range of products and items cover foodstuff and other products with high caliber value that meet all needs of the family.
Objective of our services is to provide the customer with simple cozy and comfortable service thru direct connection to the Dukan Stores; and further meet your needs thru furnishing high quality products at affordable and competitive prices.
How to Become a Customer?
  1. in order to order via Dukan app, The app can be used only by persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are incompetent to contract are not eligible to use the Website. If your age is below that of 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users/members. Dukan reserves the right to terminate your registration and refuse to provide you with access to the App if Dukan discovers that you are under the age of 18 years. You are legally and financially responsible for all uses of this App under your username and password whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.
  2. Upon registration, a username and password will be created for the customer. Both username and the password shall be used whenever you decide to do shopping. The customer shall duly maintain confidentiality of both the username and password; not to disclose to any third party. Please keep them in a safe place as you will be responsible for all activities and orders made by the use of your own username and password. If you believe someone may have or use such information related to the username or password, contact us immediately.
  3. The App cannot be accessed to persons whose registration has been suspended or terminated by Dukan for any reason whatsoever. Those who choose to access this App from outside Saudi Arabia are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable
Mechanism of Dukan App
When you place an order through any of the services available on Dukan, you will receive a Thank-you E-mail for ordering through Dukan and confirm the receipt and acceptance of your order by the store. Please ensure that you have provided us with your correct Email address or cellular phone number since this will be the primary means of communication with you. If you do not receive the order from the store, we will have the right to cancel the order. In such event, you will be placed on the blacklist, which means that you cannot order again from Dukan. Dukan is keen to provide high quality services; and will be in touch with you in the event of any issue in your order with regard to the quality of products or lack of availability.   1. The customer has the right to cancel its order within 10 ten minutes’ effective as of date of order completion. Customers may cancel their orders thru the Order Cancellation Entry in the Dukan App. Meanwhile, Dukan has the right to cancel any order; and the customer is advised about such cancellation shortly together with the justifications for such cancellation. Costs of such cancellation may not be borne by the Customer.
  2. If you have ordered items which are out of stock you may choose between replacing with the closest or cancel the item.
Order Acceptance
Objective of our services is to provide the customer with simple cozy and comfortable service thru direct connection to the Dukan Stores; and further meet your needs thru furnishing high quality products at affordable and competitive prices.
  1. Price of some certain product(s) you ordered will be the price on the shop at the time of placing or modifying your order. Prices may change at any time, however the change will not affect the order from which you received the confirmation message, except in the events where an error occurs in the price of product / item. In such a case, we will notify you as soon as possible. When you report the error, you will be able to cancel the request if you want.
  2. Prices and rates of products will be clearly shown on Dukan. Prices and rates may vary among products / items according to the trademark, country of origin, and quality of product / item.
  3. We provide you the option to order products such as fruits and vegetables by weight or quantity. Since it is difficult to determine the exact weight of such bulk items, you will bear the cost of the selected actual weight if you order this product by weight. We are always keen to try to reach the weight you ordered and reach the nearest weight. Bulk items are priced in-store by weight, which means that if you order in quantity and the items selected in-store are higher than the average weight, you may incur a higher cost than the online benchmark price at the time of ordering. If in-store items are below average weight, you may incur a lower cost than the online benchmark price at the time of ordering.
  4. Prices and rates of all fruits and vegetables may vary as per weight.
Provision of Dukan Products
We do our best to guarantee permanent availability of products / items. However, some certain products / items may sometimes run out. If so, we would provide you with alternatives or comparable items/products; cancel and / or replace the product / item with another product / item having different size holding the same trademark.
Date of Expiry
Staff and Personnel who have been trained to collect your request carefully were trained to pick items / products with proper time up to the date of expiry (exactly as the customer may do when do shopping by yourself). Nonetheless, some fresh products / items may have limited expiry timeline on shelf upon arrival to the store. Therefore, it is logically conceived that the shelf time may be less than couple of days when delivered or collected. In case of any product / item expired, Dukan will refund.
Replacement and Refunding Policies
For any items requiring exchange please contact Dukan customer service number within 48hrs of receipt of your order.
  1. Any request for a refund or exchange of products will be verified by Dukan Customer Service.
  2. All perishable items will not be entertained for exchange (frozen and fresh) such as fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, fresh cheese, frozen foods, bakery products, and fresh fish.
  3. Undergarments are not allowed for exchange or return.
  4. Unconsumed grocery items will be accepted only for exchange within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
  5. Special policies for Electronic devices and household appliances.
  6. Returns can be made within 3 days of purchasing the item and exchange can be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  7. Returns, exchanges & warranty services are only applied with the original invoice.
  8. A return or exchange can be made, if the item is still on its original status, with it's original packaging as at the time of purchase.
  9. After 7 days from the purchase date, warranty conditions will be applied and customers must contact authorized dealers of the products if any malfunctioning or damages happened to the product.
  10. Dukan will not return or exchange any product which is damaged as a result of misuse, or if there is any missing part of the product.
  11. As a health safety measurement, shavers & shaving equipment will not be replaced or returned.
Our Liabilities
To the extent provisions of the law may permit, Dukan provides service and content on basis of ‘as-is’ or ‘as available’. We may not provide any sort of guarantees with respect to the service content, availability, defectfree or rectification of any defects. Dukan and other affiliate stores will not assume any responsibilities or liabilities against any direct or indirect losses. In the event of any liabilities assumed by Dukan or any affiliate stores towards the customer, the total liability shall then be limited to the prices of the products requested by the customer from Dukan or its affiliate stores.
Dukan IPR’s?
Trade Name of the Company Qeemah and Dukan for Groceries Co. and relevant trademarks or logos imprinted on some products are considered an exclusive property of the Company ‘Qeemah and Dukan for Groceries Co.’ as well as any other trade name or mark owned by the Company in the future. Dukan may not tolerate any breach to the trade name or the trademark. No one could be permitted to have access to the Dukan App. Using any other name, mark, or logo whatsoever.

Dukan together with its suppliers explicitly reserves all intellectual property rights (IPR’s) in all texts, programs, products, operations, technology, content and other materials emerging in the Dukan App – as well as all rights inclusive of Copyrights. These rights are considered property or licensed to Qeemah and Dukan for Groceries Co. Unauthorized use or access to Dukan App. Or contents thereof – inclusive of reproduction, storage or both – except for non-commercial personal use – is prohibited unless after having prior permission from Qeemah and Dukan for Groceries Co.

Out-of-Control Circumstances
Dukan or any other affiliate stores may not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations set forth hereunder this agreement on grounds of an event of force majeure. ‘Force Majeure’ is meant to refer to an abrupt unavailable and unanticipated incident such as but not limited to the following: earthquakes, hostilities, natural disasters, nuclear reactions, civil riot, unrests, strikes, and sit-ins, commotion, etc.
Any provision(s) subject to judicial invalidity or for any other justification or cause may not affect the validity and legality of other terms and conditions.
Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Dukan at any time may amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to the customer. However, you can have access to the latest version of terms and conditions at any time. In case of rejection of amended terms and conditions, you must stop using Dukan. Nevertheless, continuing use of Dukan. Shall be considered an approval on Dukan amended terms and conditions.
